We’re Josh + Jenny Solar. We have fun taking pictures.

Since we’re going to get to know each other better, let’s break the ice. We have fun taking pictures...and fully expect you to do the same. If you’re not having a great time, we’re not having a great time, and we LOVE to have a great time.

We also LOVE each other...a lot. We’re high school sweethearts who LOVE each other just as much now as we did then (yeah, it still happens). We have 3 wildly wonderful children, and we LOVE them, too. We’ll do just about anything to make them smile.

We LOVE to capture people who love each other having fun...that’s just how we roll. We treat each of you as the unique individuals that you are. We try to capture all your little inside jokes. Your sideways glances. And the ways you like to tickle each other.

Location: Briarcliff Village

Today was our first session ever with P., who is 2 years old. This is such a tough age for kids when we’ve never photographed them before. Luckily, we’ve learned to take it slow and let them get warmed up to us at their own pace. Even though he was shy at first, by the end of the session, P. was holding my hand and playing chase… I guess I still have the magic touch. Anyhow, here are a few of our favorite photos from the session today…
