Paige: 18 Month Portraits

Oh, that curly hair and those bright blue eyes! Paige just gets cuter and cuter and cuter. And, it melts my heart that when the session was over, Paige was crying because Jenny and I had to leave (mainly because Jenny had to leave), but still, I can think she was crying for the both of us, right:)

I forgot to mention that smile, isn’t she just the cutest little thing?

I love the fall colors and the way it brings out the blue in Paige’s eyes.

Thanks for bringing the smiles you all. Genuine smiles make me smile:)

More people need to think about having pictures taken of themselves (sans kids) after they have kids.  Look how sweet they are together.  By the way, the light right in this area was so beautiful, we played in it  for a while. I LOVE great light!

You guys are so adorable together. Enjoy every minute you possibly can before Paige grows up:)

Willow - Josh, I agree with the comment above and my philosophy is similar. I think I’ve been successful when I shoot people looking genuine.

I like the shot of the couple backlit by the sun. Was that using totally ambient light or do you use strobes outside as well? The photo of Paige in the yellow leaves is very intense. The contrasting colors make it quite vibrant.
