219. The numbers stood out to Heather. They kept popping up. All over the place. Her whole life. She knew deep down that the numbers 219 would be significant in her life. And, she was right. That’s Brett’s birthday. That’s one of the many things I know that helped bring them together. One other thing that sticks out in my head is how they were always holding hands (and making hearts) and I was reminded of these beautiful lyrics from The Royal Sons:
Take my hand,
I’ll take yours.
You promised me,
And then you swore
We won’t give up.
I carry you,
You carry me.
We fight, make up, then endlessly
We fall in love.
Oh, oh, you are beautiful
Through and through.
Oh, oh, you should know
That I love you.
Jenny & I are SO thankful for the wonderful couples we get to spend so much time with. We leave weddings feeling fulfilled, full of love, and ready to love each other better, to love our kids better, to give even more love to the people of this world, because, without love, what’s left?
ps. Seeing past couples at weddings, especially couples who got married on National Talk Like a Pirate Day, is AWESOME!!!
