stunningly intimate and wonderful. i love how you see how beautiful real life is. i think and remember and feel in music. it’s been my language, my filter, my expression, from my earliest memory. there was a piano, a voice, a me. words came next, images came long after. in this work, you marry the three with a rough elegance that crawls inside and takes up residence in my heart. we all have stories like this – so many gorgeous and raw clips to the amazing films we play out. the soundtracks are just as real. this is the kind of work i am striving to do. you have outdone yourself.

I like doing Project 365 (366 this year)…taking a picture a day for the whole year. It’s fun to look back and see what you were doing over the years. This is my 3rd year doing it!
