The first thing you need to know is that we take marriage seriously. We believe in it. We celebrate it. And we consider it a privilege...that's right, a privilege to be part of yours. Because that's what your wedding day is, after all. The beginning of your marriage. The start of something big! It's exhilirating, and stressful, and emotional and it's jam-packed with joyful moments that you will want to hold in your hearts forever. Our job is to help you do just that.

The second thing you should know is we've done this many, many times. Well, not getting married (just once, thanks!). But photographing wedding days. We have learned how to navigate through the confusion and craziness and excitement with grace, and we will help you do the same. We are here to document your wedding story, yes...but we are also here to support you through one of the most important days of your lives.

The third thing you should know is that if we were asked to describe our photographic style, we would describe it as authentic. We are wholly committed to capturing "you." Because wedding pictures are more than shapshots. They are little individual time capsules. One glance and you can remember exactly how you felt at this time in your lives. Our goal is to provide you with images that tell your story, your way.

How do we do that? Here's how it works:

BEFORE: We can't tell your story without getting to know YOU. So we have you over for ice cream, and we talk. We ask questions. We laugh. You know, we're actually interested in what makes you tick! And usually, we find ourselves making new friends. (It's one of the major perks of this gig... the friendships we form with our clients.) This is as important a part of your wedding photography package as day-of shooting, and we make it fun!

DURING: The lead up to any wedding is stressful. That's why we include a Beloved engagement session with every wedding we book. Think of it as an awesome date night at a time when you need it most. You get a chance to relax, hang out and just enjoy each other. We get a chance to know you even better. And the pictures are awesome!

We also love to help you plan... from sorting out your timeline to recommending vendors, we've got tons of experience to share with you. Just let us know how we can help.

DAY OF: You're getting married! This is exciting, and we are thrilled to share your day with you. We do everything we can to make your day as enjoyable as possible, which means zero photographer drama. We'll capture all the moments, big and small, and celebrate right along with you. Oh, and we love cake! So please save us a slice or two!

AFTER: Three weeks after your wedding, we host a pancake premiere at our studio for the two of you and 10 of your closest family and friends. Yep, it's exactly what it sounds like. You see your slideshow and we serve up some of the most delicious from-scratch (not Bisquick!) pancakes you've ever tasted. There will be ooohs and aaaahs and maybe even a few joyful tears. Just the way we like it!

By now, we know each other pretty well. So we walk you through print selection and album design step-by-step. We recommend images we think will work best, and take the lead on the design process. Again, our goal is to make this experience as enjoyable and stres-free as possible!

PRICING: Our wedding packages range from $3500 to $7500, with most of our couples investing about $5100 in their wedding photography. We can totally help you figure out what makes the most sense for you, and are happy to customize packages as needed.

Beloved sessions start at $200.
